CURRY FESTIVE MENU FOR CITY SPICE

SYLHETI JALFREIZI (CHICKEN OR LAMB)
Chicken or Lamb Tikka cooked with our own special recipe. A highly recommended Bangladeshi dish – very popular in the Sylhet region of Bangladesh.

FISH KOFTA MASALA
Flat, round pancakes of minced Bangladeshi fish (known as the Hilsha fish), cooked with a unique blend of spices and fresh tomatoes.

SHASHLIK MASALA
Chicken grilled in the tandoori oven and cooked in a medium spicy sauce with mushrooms.

THATUL TANGA BHUJON (CHICKEN / LAMB / VEGETABLE)
Cooked with a home made sweet and sour, spicy sauce; creating a unique flavour – garnished with onions and coriander. Highly recommended.

SHAHI MURUG BHUJON
Whole spring chicken marinated in yoghurt and specially selected herbs and spices. Baked in a deep charcoal oven, then cooked with minced lamb meat and paneer (homemade cheese), flavoured with garlic and butter.

CHINGRI MARASI
King prawns cooked with baked tomatoes and green pepper, flavoured with fresh ginger and garlic, garnished with spring onions and coriander.

BIRAN MASS MASALA
Bangladeshi fish fried in a special sauce, flavoured with green chillies, garlic, onion and fresh coriander.

FISH ROGAN JOSH
Tasty pieces of boneless fish cooked with a special tomato sauce and garnished with cream.
